Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email you provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct email and shipping information. Once the status of the package has been updated by the courier to reflect as delivered, Fairy Fitness is not responsible and holds no liability for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the respective courier.
