RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
STORE CREDIT ONLY
At Fairy Fitness LLC, we want you to love your purchase! Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Approved returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
To request a return, please email fairyfitnessllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your RA# information.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
• All tags and original packaging must be included.
• Items that do not meet our return requirements will be refused and returned to the sender.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Supplements & Gummies
• Slimming Coffee
• Detox Products
• Shaper Gel
• Snatch Wraps
• Sale Items
• Gift Cards
• Any used or worn items
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as Fairy Fitness LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.
STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card or store credit code. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fairyfitnessllc@gmail.com and include photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
